In daytime the right blinker will work but applying brakes makes right tail light out. At night the right blinker wont work and still applying brakes light goes out, but not applying and it is on. I checked the fuse and it seemed okay. I heard that it may be a bad ground. How do I check for that? Thank you

Check at left hand rear of frame for that may be dirty and not grounding. Also, check right rear as they are on both sides.

Do you make sure you have the correct bulb number in the socket? That will cause weird things to happen.

I checked bulbs they are correct and new. I will check rear. The truck is very dirty from sitting and was using in oil field prior to my purchase. Can I get an image of what I need to look for?

Sorry, we do not have images of grounds, but it will be a black wire going to frame at rear and there should be an eyelet where it is bolted/screwed to.
