I had some work done on the rear left quarter panel, so I removed rear bumper cover and disconnected the rear parking sensors and the blind spot sensors. When I put everything back together now, I get a "RAB disabled light on" and the rear parking sensors are not working either. After clearing up all the codes I still get these two codes even after I erased them. The blind spot sensors are working fine and are detecting vehicles on both sides. Does the EyeSight need to be programmed/calibrated? I also had a windshield replaced. The park sensors did work prior to me disassembling the back end and before the windshield was replaced? Thank you

So the first code P0059 is for the oxygen sensor and has nothing to do with your problem, please start a new thread for it.

DTC U1233 - Lost Communication With Rear Corner Radar Sensor

This is the problem, you have lost communication so there must be a broken wire or a bad sensor. A connector may be loose, misaligned, or not fully seated. The radar sensor may have been misaligned when you reassembled the bumper. The sensors must also be oriented correctly as well. Please go over the sensors wiring and check the mounting as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I think it may be one of the park sensors, when I measured the resistance 3 of the sensors have similar values one of them starts to read then goes to "OL" on the multimeter screen so I'm guessing it has an implausible signal? Wiring looks good there's no damage so do the connectors.

Yep, it looks like you have a bad sensor. I would get a new one and the problem should be solved.
