I am installing led replacement bulbs and have hyper flash so I am installing a resistor. When I check for continuity it shows 3 different wires on the left side and I need to know which wire to hook up to the resistor.

Here's everything related to the rear lights. There's two bulbs on the left side. Both share a circuit for the tail lights, but the larger filaments are on separate circuits. One bulb is for the brake light and the other one is for the turn signal. The blue arrow shows the white / dark green wire is for the left turn signal.

On my 1997 I had to take that resistor out so my turn signal lights would flash properly. And just used a flasher in the fuse box. I did that over 2 years ago and it works fine.

That is great. Thanks for the info on this as I am sure that info will help others.

Clearly a relay would cause this so it always helps when we get confirmed fixes which will help others.

Thanks again.
