CV rubber boots replacement

Can I remove the driveshaft without removing brakes, and the hub?

By drive shaft, I assume you mean CV axle or half shaft because these are what connect to the hub. Here are some guides that will help with this:

The short answer is you do not need to remove everything from the vehicle but just loosen it enough so that you can push the axle shaft out of the hub. So this means you are going to have to take the caliper off and take the knuckle out of the lower ball joint and possibly the upper if you don't have enough slack to get the axle out.
