Good afternoon,

Can you upload a picture of the unit? There are different ones for the vans.

This is the best I can come up with. I cannot take a picture of mine due to a tool set up being in the way. This one seems to show screw holes at top but mine does not. I tried to pry the top loose as I can reach down between my tool storage box and as I pried it, 2 small plastic round pieces inside, broke. The piece is louvered and I believe it is where the blower draws its supply air from.

If that is the type, it should just pop off. There are clips that hold it in and you need to take a screwdriver and pry it out.

That is what I tried but the 2 pin like "clips?" Broke at the top. Thanks, I guess I am gonna have to disassemble my tool compartments to get full access to the panel. I am trying to replace the high and low side AC lines that feed from under chassis up and into the "workings" inside the panel.
Thanks again

You are welcome.

Are you sure you cannot access them from the bottom or the back? I have done many of them with different manufacturers and got the lines from either underneath or the back.

The line I need to access is the rubber line that leaves the under-body and enters the evaporator of rear A/C.

There is a connection point just underneath but the one inside the van is inside the plastic panel. Probably connecting to evaporator. There is not any type access panel from underneath. The lines enter through the floor panel, thru a hole that has rubber grommets that seal out air.

Okay, then yes, you have to remove the bezel to gain access.

The image may be 90 degrees off. I know that I will have to remove my tool drawer to get to the panel but maybe you can understand where the panel is that I have to take off.
