Rear A/C clicking

Hi,

When you say you replaced the blend doors, I assume you mean the actuators? Also, does it click when the doors are moving or is it a constant click? Can you get a video of the noise before you take anything apart?

If you replaced the actuators, it could still be the plastic gear of the door itself however, I have to say I replaced one of these gears and the new one clicked louder than the failed one. It ran fine when I tested it but when installed it would click due to the stress at the stop points.

What I would recommend is pull it back apart as you are going to replace them again and then run the system and see if you can pinpoint which one is clicking or if it is something else. There are not many moving parts so I am sure you will be able to pinpoint it.
