Really high idle?

Firebird idles at1800 rpm I changed iac and tps and cleaned throttle no ai leaks can anyone help

The first thing I would do is check the floor mate on the drivers side. Next, I would disconnect the throttle cable. If this does not make difference check the EGR valve for internal leakage, here is a video to help.
