Engine Rattling noise after service

Took my vehicle to the dealership for service (oil and filter change) and after pick up, the engine light was on and the car stalled. Took it in a second time and they flushed the fuel lines and replaced the high pressure fuel pump and 02 sensor. Now, it is making a rattling noise. What is going on?

Well, sometimes it happens, the tech forgets to install the oil and sends the car out will no oil. This sounds like what has happened to you. Can you please make a video with your phone of the engine noise so I can hear it to confirm the issue? You can upload it here in your reply. We have the capability to host the video.
