Power seats not working?

I checked the fuses for the radio, 12 volt outlets and the passenger seat power. The fuses for all of them are good. The radio will not power on. The outlets do not provide power and the passenger seat will not move. What could be the issue with all of these? Is there a common fuse or plug that is causing these issues? Are these issues separate from each other? Help!

There are three fuse for the seats in different areas -see pic- if it 'gets power to switches and switches work it can be a module which would require scanning. There are two fuse sfor radio on in car an done in trunk so check trunk one. Also for power seat check fuses c1 c2 and c10 in left hand side of dase an ffuse 11 for radio. For 12v power outlets check e4 and e5 in battery fuse box.

Thank you for your quick response and input. I checked all of the fuses you mentioned and have found all of them to be in good working order. The only thing I could not find was the E4 that you mentioned in the battery fuse box. The diagram you sent says E4 is a 50 amp however I could not find an E4 and there are no 50 amp fuses in the battery fuse box? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Where do I go from here?

So I had the same issue I used a test light after I pulled the drivers side fuse panel out and wasn't getting any power to at least four fuses. If you look at the back of the fuses there's one purple wire that is supposed to give power to all four fuses take a test light put the alligator clip on a bolt to ground it then stick the top of the test light into the big purple wire. Mine had no power so I took an extra wire I had laying around stripped the ends pulled the two 20 amp fuses one was the 12 volt the other I'm not sure but I tested it and it had power. Take the wire and stick it in the left side of the twelve volt and the other end into the left side of the other 20 amp fuse. Plug the fuses back in to hold the wire back in. Voila power! First and foremost disconnect the negative battery terminal on your battery. The purple wire went bad so I jumped the power to the 12 volt. Now my cd player passenger seat and 12 bolt outlets work. I ran everything at the same time plugged in my cell phone and no issues. Of you have any questions message me back

Thank you VOLVOS80GUY.
With my radio getting no power, I had looked at my fuses and they seem fine. As you suggested, I checked the passenger seat. It didn't move!
With a piece of wire I briefly connected the 2-20Amp fuses (2nd column from the left) from their top left side contact.
The radio turned on! Yey!

So, I will disconnect the battery and extract the fusebox and replace a bad wire.
