Radiator top tank complete crack

Suddenly I found big noise and steam out of engine. I stopped car and air conditioner, I check car and I found radiator top tank completely crack. Second day I remove radiator.
why this happen? Gauge not showing over heating it is normal. Can I remove thermostat? For ever my country Saudi Arabian the weather is very hot.
where is the location of water pump?

No, you do not want to remove a thermostat. The engine needs to maintain a specific temperatures or it will cause other issues.
