Radiator split

I was rearended by a 3/4 ton Ford truck. I was stopped and he was going about 40 mph. A few weeks after they fixed my car I had a split radiator. Everyone has told us that it's from the accident but how can we prove it was?

Hello,

Well, it has been my experience that radiators don't just split. If that were the case, whoever was the manufacturer of that radiator, probably would be out of business, because there are plenty of radiator manufacturers that their radiators don't split from normal use. It is also my opinion that it is probably from the accident, and any right minded person would have to come to that conclusion as well.
