Fan wont shut off, until battery is dead.
Radiator fans run with engine off

Good afternoon,
There are a couple of possibilities.

1. Relay stuck closed.
2. TIPM or totally integrated power module grounding the relay.
3. PCM not releasing ground to the relay.
You need an advanced scan tool to monitor the fan controls.
I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.
