Installing EX-L seats in Sports model?

I have a pair of leather seats from a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L and want to install them in my car listed above Sport model. My Sport has electric driver seat and manual passenger seat. Both leather seats I will be installing are electric. I have the male and female side of the harness connectors from the EX-model because it was cut out instead of unplugged. My harness has 8 wires and the harness from the ex has 18 wires. Should I just cut my harness and match the color of wires and kill the rest? Or am I way off? Please help. I just want to adjust the seats like my original (heat etc. Not necessary but if easy I'll try).

It sounds like the new seat has the lumber and heated seat option and your car doesn't. You might be able to just wire up the basic seat motors though, here is the wiring diagrams so you can see what wires do to where, the colors should match up. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I'm even more confused now. Can I just remove leather fabric from seats and install it on my original fabric seats?

Maybe, it depends if the seat frame is the same, I would connect the wiring to the seat motors and leave the rest undone. The colors should match from the new seat to the old seat, you can upload images if you are confused, and I can help walk you through the job.

Yep, that is a big difference. The smaller plug looks the same which is good, do the colors match for the smaller plugs? If so, can you just plug in the smaller plug? Also, for the larger plug here are the wiring diagrams in case you want to rig something up to make the control work, or at least some of them. It seems like the larger plug is for the lumbar and heated seat options. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

The smaller plug is the driver factory plug which is an exact match for the new passenger seat. I'm only interested in seat movement, nothing more. The diagrams have brown wire and neither of mine do. Pic 1 and 3 are the 2 I want to combine.

Finally finished the driver seat. For the passenger, can I use a double fuse tap with two 20 A fuses to wire the seat? Maybe add inline fuse to tap Or do I need 2 fuse taps? Going from manual to electrical.
