My car is shuddering when idle plus the engine light come on. It goes back off sometimes. I have taking the car to my garage where he change the purge valve, the spark plugs, plus the coil pack. He said the codes are saying the car is running lean. None of that has fixed the car. I am now hearing a hissing noise when I press the accelerator. Could a leak be coming from around the purge valve? I just started having problems after the car has been serviced.

Short answer is yes. I suspect you have a vacuum leak. Here is a guide that will help with locating a vacuum leak:

We don't have a manual on your vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA but I am sure this guide will help you narrow this down.

The code also points to a vacuum leak so we need to start with this and go from there. Thanks
