My condenser for A/C got punctured while replacing the radiator. All the refrigerant has leaked out. I would like to replace the condenser by myself and then bring it to mechanic to fill the A/C refrigerant. Do I need to replace the dryer bag since it has been exposed to air? What should I do? The car is stuck in my garage because the radiator is also removed?

Hello,

Yes, it will be a good idea to replace the dryer. Any time the system gets opened, changing the dryer is ideal.

I have attached the condenser replacement procedure below for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
