Pulsing idle at Stop signs and Red Lights

My wifes 2001 Saturn L200 had a pulsing idle when she is at a stop sign or red light. When driving, the engine sounds fine. The spark plugs were replaced and it hasn't improved the idle.

Have you checked for codes in the computer? Also have you checked for vacuum leaks yet?

Does it ever whistle like a tea kettle at idle?

No whistle, just a pulsing in the Engine.

You could still have a vacuum leak.
