Put in new pump, nothing. I think it's the solid-state timer. Where is that located? Is it next to the wiper motor? Which is up close to the firewall. No pulse wipers but I do have low and fast wipers. When I push that half circle forward on the control wipers do come on for short period like they should but no washer fluid shots out. Thank you for any help.

Here is the wiring diagrams for the wiper so you can see how the system works, as you can see it is pretty simple. The control module is on the wiper motor itself so you will need a new or rebuilt motor. I would check Rockauto.com

Also here is a guide to help you check the power output of the switch, which is the only other thing it can be, use the wiring diagrams to help see which wire does what.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

Thanks. Replacing that is a lot of word. I was thinking about hooking up washer pump to its own power source. Where I can just turn the pump on and off. I know its 12 volts but how much current do I need? Thanks for all the help in the past and now.
