Hi, some time ago I bought the vehicle listed above Sport model, I got it cheap because it had a problem in gearbox and transfer, the rest of the car is in good condition. The original box had a problem with the revs and reverse, I changed it and bought another box in good condition, I changed the (OSS) output Shaft speed sensor, I tested it and it works fine, the problem is that I realized that it is a different model, as it does not have the overdrive sensor and the vehicle speed sensor (VSS), so it does not work the speed marker and I do not know what else, from what I found out this model uses the ABS sensor in the transfer for speed, but I do not know if this is true and if so, how can I make it send the speed reading, I do not know if it works properly.

Yes, a newer transmission will use the ABS system data for the vehicle speed reading. You probably will not be able to get this to work because the ABS wheel speed sensor is "one to one" while the sensor in the transmission is 3.5 to 1 or whatever the gear ratio of the truck is. Sorry. You will need the correct transmission.
