Electrical issue

The keys are out of the car, but the stereo is on the lights are on and it beeps when I open the door. I checked the fuses. It will not turn completely off.

Hi its sounds like you have a BCM that is shorting out, this is what controls both the radio and door chimes.

Let me know what you find so it will help others
