Power windows are down will not come up

My car is a coupe with a sunroof. Power windows are down will not come up. Sunroof not working. Also drivers power seat fuse keeps blowing out. Replaced master window switch. Lights up but doesn't work. Checked all fuses. Please help. I am a female and I can follow instructions. I need this fixed don't have the money to put in the shop at this time.
