I have been trying to find where the relay or the fuse that controls the power windows are located. It started malfunctioning lately, will whined closed but not open after a long time and vise versa when opened.

i have checked the electric motor and it's working well.

any help on how to locate the relay/fuse?
thanks.

Take a look at this wiring diagram. There is no relay for the windows but if they are only working in one direction then the fuse is good. If you can put power to the motor and they work going in either direction then the motor is fine as well.

Are all windows doing the same thing or is it just one window? I suspect you have an issue with the wiring or more likely the switch so let's start with this and go from there. Thanks

Thanks KASEKENNY1 for the kind and helpful reply.

It is only the left front (driver's side) window that is having the issue. It moves in pulse.
Will move small and stop then will pick again after several minutes.

Unfortunately, that could be either the switch or the motor which means we need to pull the door panel and check power at the motor when you are pressing the switch. If the power is consistent then and not pulsing like you are seeing then the motor is the issue. If it is pulsing then the switch is the issue.
