Without giving a long story the window would go up and down but tilt sideways. I took the lower track out and replaced the roller in the window regulator. I had to shave it down because it was a bit too big. Taking the roller off the regulator it's glides fine. The regulator also operates fine without the window in. Putting a new part in it quits like 3/4 of the way. This is with the new lower channel guide in and window guide. Thoughts?

I would remove the window regulator to see if the window moves freely inside the window tracks. If not, you will need to use some car window lube.

Also, if the window motor is defective, it will pull too many amps and trip the circuit breaker until it cools. Here are the instructions to install the window regulator correctly in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

With window regulator not attached to window. The window slides up and down, no problem. With it all hooked up like I said the window will go up to about 3/4 and stop. If you jiggle the glass back and forth while hitting the up button the window will shut.

It sounds like you have a defective/weak window motor. I would try to get another one. Also check the ground and power to the motor, please use this guide:

Here are the window motor wiring diagrams so you can see which wires to test and how the system works.
