Power steering pump installation?

I've got the pump installed onto the vehicle. The problem I am having is the pulley pressing tool keeps unscrewing from the center of the shaft every time I'm trying to press it on. It doesn't matter which wrench I turn which direction I turn it everything leads to the tool backing itself out of the center of the shaft.

Yep, this will happen if you do not hold the screw part or allow the pulley to rotate while tightening the press nut. Here is a video of the job being done on a similar vehicle the process is the same:
