Hello, so we have tried a number of things to fix this. We changed the Alternator thinking that it would fix things, but it did not. I heard I need to get the car reprogrammed, could that be it?

Hi,

What is actually happening? Does the PS work at all? Have you had the can-bus scanned to see if there are codes in any of the modules? If you haven't, that is a good place to start.

CAN stands for controller area network. All the different modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.

Here is a link showing how it's done:

If you are unable to have that done, most parts stores can provide a basic scan for you free of charge. See if there are any codes that can point us in the right direction.

Let me know.

Joe
