Power steering belt

All three drive belts are stacked up with the steering belt closest to the engine. Must I remove the timing belt and air conditioner belt to change the steering belt? I really could use a trick here. Thank you

None of those belts are the timing belt. If the one you want to change is behind the others, then yes, you have to remove them to access the one you want to change.

I do not understand how the air conditioner idler pulley works. How do I get the ac belt off?

Loosen the center nut in the pulley, then turn the adjusting bolt and the pulley will slide up.

I have the altinator belt off. I have to loosen a bolt on the power steering slider but I don't know what that is. Picture please

I gave you a picture. The adjusters work the same way on both belts.
