Power steering line had leak. Now power steering is gone and makes a grinding or dragging type sound when driving. Is it my pump?

That's a noise power steering pumps normally make when they're out of fluid and are pumping air. The fix is to replace the leaking hose, refill the fluid, then burp the air out of the system. Some of that noise will continue until all the air is out. Be aware the pumps are cooled by that fluid. Running the engine with the reservoir empty will damage the pump in short order.
