Power seat swap from cloth to leather?

I swapped the seats, and the power leather seats won't do anything except the lumbar support all the other switches just click. Like I can hear the relay for every movement, but nothing moves? Any ideas?

It sounds like the seat switch might not be grounded, so I would check that first which is under the driver's seat, it will be the black wire, here is a guide to help:

if that is okay, I would swap out the control switch which 9 times out of 10 will be the problem, But can I ask if the old seats had a memory control module? If not, this can be the problem.

Small box under the seat with five plugs. No, it did not and a few less switches.

If the wiring is good, then I would replace the control switch which will fix this kind of problem.
