Power seat controls

My front and middle row seats do not adjust or heat or cool anymore. Could it be the motor has gone out on them or maybe a fuse or loose wires? Need help with this question please.

I would look under the seat, might be a tight spot to check the wires and connectors. You say that the heating element is not working. Check the fuses. Sounds like a connection or pulled wires that is causing the problem. When you put the heat does the light come on the dash when you turn the heating on for the seats? If not check the fuses.
