Will the ignition coil spark by itself when the (4) wire connector is disconnected from the distributor knowing the fact it has crank/cam sensor in the distributor?

Yes, it is in the distributor.

To my understanding the coil will not fire if the 4 wire connector from the distributor is disconnected.
