Possible suspension issue?

I had my tires balanced in January this year I didn’t have much of an issue after a month down the road I started to feel A slight, bouncing and shaking feeling when going 55. Found out there was a tie rod issue and we fixed it, After it got fixed the problem was still there now it’s even worse and there’s extreme shaking, and my passenger side wheel feels unstable when turning there is also pulling to that side but I still don’t feel the shaking until I hit 55 MPH and it’s usually only when I’m accelerating, sometimes the steering is loose and sometimes it stiffens up if I’m driving for a while just trying to figure out what it could be or narrow down to a few things before spending a bunch of money.

I have seen the CV axles cause this due to internal wear. Also, the lower ball joints which can be tricky to test when the suspension has weight on it.

If the lower ball joint seems okay, I would change out the CV axle on the right side. Here is a video of the job being done on a similar car, the process is the same:
