Possible vacuum leak?

I had a coolant leak which required me to take out the intake manifold, injector rails, alternator. Fixed the leak put everything back together and now it sounds like I have a pretty substantial vacuum leak somewhere. The heat also does not work. The truck ran fine for the most part but did idle rough for a second while slowly pulling truck into garage. Scanned codes nothing that I would consider related kind of stuck at this point here.

Yep, these trucks have a main vacuum line down low at the rear of the intake manifold, this line is difficult to get on while reinstalling the intake. Please check out the image below to see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
