Won't start

I have a 1980 924 with 74000 miles. It fires a reddish blue through the plugs. It also blows the plenum to injector pump hoses off(the large intake hoses). It does alot of backfiring through the intake hoses. It about wants to start but doesen't. Also I took off the fuel rails to the block and head where it connects to the injectors and it only drips. This ar has satup for 10 years so I appreciate any help getting it running. Thanks :roll:

Might want to double check all your ignition components.

Test the coil primary and secondary resistances-sounds like weak ignition and also check for clogged-up injectors and the fuel system pressure.
