My vehicle is getting terrible fuel economy as of late. My husband hooked up an obd reader but no codes pop up. He just changed out the radiator as well as the front brakes. We are about ready to give up on our only source of transportation and we really can't afford to.
Do you
have the same problem?

Hello,

Is this poor fuel economy happened overnight or did it slowly go down?
Have you done any recent maintenance?
Any other issue you might be noticing besides the poor fuel economy?
Please let us know.
Thanks.

There are a number of things that will cause poor fuel economy so we can going to have to start with the basics and inspect and replace the common things starting with air and fuel filters.

Next we need to inspect the spark plugs and replace them while you have them out.

Below is a chart to help find out what if they are showing signs of being fouled.

Lastly we have to monitor the o2 sensor data with a scan tool to find out if they are showing the exhaust is rich or test them using this guide:

Below you will find the charts that I would referring too plus a chart that help with o2 sensor data.

Please let us know if you have serviced this recently and we can go from there. Thanks
