Poor compression

The vehicle could not move properly and it has a problem of moving fast on a speed lane. The vehicle cannot climb hill no matter the distance.

What is the reason that you think the comps are a problem, to do a comp test is quite simple, get this done to see if a comp is low, get a wet and dry test done, wet is with a small amount of oil in the cyl, check dry first and record readings, if low, add oil, only a few squirts from an oil can, this will seal the rings and re check comp, if it comes up the problem is with the rings, if little or no change it will be valve related, start here.
