Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2003 Pontiac Vibe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 125000 miles

What kind is it, sealed or serviceable? How do I go about replacing it? Not very bright, need details. Estimate cost of parts and labor too.
Thanks much.

It is a pressed in bearing, if bad it would have to be replaced.

Best approach is to remove knuckle assy. and take to shop to have it pressed out/in.

Cost would depend on how much work you do.

To have it replaced totally by a shop, you are looking at $500-700, depending on who does it (dealer, garage).
