Transmission problem
1998 Pontiac Transport 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I just put a trans. In a 98 transport montana with a 3400 motor. The trans I put in it was from a 97 veture with a 3400 motor. Everything lines up and works except the plug for the trans computer. I need to know the wireing diagram for both on this part so I can make the needed changes. Any help in getting this info would be extemly appericated. This vechiale belongs to a local church and they need it back asap. Thank you

Well, I will do the best I can here on the 1997 Chevy Venture, is it just a Venture or the LS model?

So you can read it I may have to send it in parts and then you print and tape together or I could try to email it to you in a larger format.

Thanks for the info but you forgot to tell me if on the 1997 Chevy Venture, is it just a Venture or the LS model?

Just in case there is any wiring differences I want to make sure I send the correct ones.

That transmission was out of just a normal venture not an LS please send that scamtic please and thank you if u could send it to my email or post it again I would b extremely grateful along with the church

Hey while I have you on your 1998 Montana: It looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
