The crankshaft pulley has moved out of it's proper position. In other words, it is working it's way away from the engine. This has caused the serpentine belt to not sit properly on the pulley and this is damaging it. What has caused the pulley to move outward from it's proper position and what can I do to repair it. Thanks.

Depends on if for some reason(Very Rare) the bolt loosened, or as is usually the case, the rubber damper section is worn out, that require the replacement of the harmonic balance(Crank Pulley Assembly).
