I have 1998 pontiac transport that is over heating. I have replaced the thermostat and the water pump but it is still overheating. When I look in the radiator it does not seem to be circulating. I do not know what else it could be

First thing you can do is flush out the system. Then feel the upper and lower radiator hoses if the top one and bottom ones are the same temp then the cooling system is working properly and you shoudl in return make sure your fan is turning on and your radiator fins are not blocked. Also check to see if your igniiton timing is good, bad ignition timing can cause this.
