Motor fan

I have replaced the whole cooling system except the motor fan!

How can I test it to find out why it does'nt work?

Or will I have to replace it?

Yes, the fuse is good and, the little black fuse under the hood is new also.

please help,

Disconnect the wires from the fan and apply 12v to it, if they dont turn on you need a new fan if they do then retrace your way back you could even choose to rewire it!
