I am hearing a grinding noise in the front end when I turn left, what could this be?

Hello, maybe a wheel bearing or halfshaft? If there is a large parking lot, where you can drive and turn slowly, have a helper walk beside the vehicle and listen, they should be able to decide if it is the passenger or driver side.
