I'm having trouble with my daytime running lights. The left headlight is out. I have changed bulbs and have also changed the DSL relay. This will not fix the problem. I made sure the bulb is good.
When the car is put into gear the dash dispaly for the Daytime lights flashed and the relay clicks on and off.
The right headlight works fine, the left is out.
What can I check next. Is the left headlight power lead tied to another relay or sensor?
Your help is greatly appreaciated.

Check for ground. Be sure you have good contact in the bulb socket.

Head light problem with Daytime Running linghts and DSL relay. Bulb is good and so is relay.
You said to check for ground and make sure it is good. WHERE is the ground located for the light wiring harness? Is it under teh fender or tied in with another sensor like the ABS barke wire?
