Hello,I have a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire, and just recently the Service Light came on,I didnt know what was going on till I discovered I had a dim light out,SO Then When I would start the car, put it in reverse or drive the headlights would flash 3-4 times, a clicking noise could be heard by the dash in side the car,and service light would come on,the the lights will go all out. HIGH beams work when turned on,But I have a dim out? Can some one please help. I know the light aint burnt out because when it flashes they both come on but then go off! Any Help would be greatly appriciated!!!!!!!!

For starters have the PCM (computer) scanned for codes, Autozone will do it for free. If the PCM sees a problem it will store a code that will help in diagnosing the problem, get back with the exact codes. This may be the code from the BCM (body control module) telling us what is wrong. There is a fuse/relay panel behind lower left side of dash, see if it is the DRL relay that is clicking, might be weak
