Noises problem
1998 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 20400O miles

Hi
I want to know why my sunfire shakes.
Its been doesnt do it all the time but often enough to ask questions.
My friend told me that it could be gas intake or whatever it is, so I put gas injection fluid to clean the gas system./
my friend today said he smelt burning coolant
But it still makes the shaking.

Is it the head gasket or should I just get a tune up that cost 250(cdn)

Note the milage is in kms

Has the level of the coolant been dropping?

Has the check engine light come on?

How many miles since the plugs, wires and fuel filter been last changed?

Check your oil. What does it look like? What is the level?

Well my guess given the two choices would be tune up over headgasket.

This is my advice.

Find a shop that that is competent.(May not be inexpensive in the short run) and have them diagnose it. I need the answers to those questions which you can't provide and thus ends any kind of help I can offer.
