What would cause this car to shake and shimmy at speeds above 70 miles per hour?

What causes the air bag light to stay on?

That shake and shimmy might be causing the air bag light to stay on/ do you drive with the wheel tilted up?
The wobble is from a bad front end allighnment or bad tie rod ends. You should be able to correct that problem with a front end alingnment
