1997 Pontiac Sunfire clunking sound, right rear

Only when I'm driving and hit a bump on my right side (no matter how small) a loud clunk can be heard from the right rear side. Almost sounds like it's in the trunk. I suspected that it was the rear strut, so had it replaced but now the noise still persists.

Well even though there's so much help here I was able to fix the problem myself. It was the mount, what I figured the whole time. Should have just changed the damn thing with the strut.
