The bulbs for the rear license plate and the rear applique lamp need to be replaced. Where do I find the light for the rear license plate? Is it part of the rear applique lamp? I've located the applique lamp bulbs. How do I go about changing these bulbs? Do I have to remove the entire plastic applique panel? The owner's manual has no information & the local Pontiac dealer cannot give me an answer. Thanks for any help you can give me

This is simple I just did it last month, open your trunk and look at the back side, u will see crappy little nuts which I really wouldn't even call nuts but I believe there are 8 total a few on each sides and a few up in you will be able to see them all. Remove all of them and that whole piece will come of and you will be able to gain access to the bulbs. Not sure exactly what ytpe of bulbs they are but if you go to wal-mart, autozone, ect. You can find out and they are cheap. I can tell you they are the same as your dome light and glove box light if you want to pull one out to compare
