1996 Pontiac Sunfire how do I check the fuel pressure on a

Hello im just courious how I can check the fuel pressure on my sunfire. I suspect that the fuel pump is going out. But I wanted to make sure before I just started throwing parts at it. I know its suppose to carry like 41 psi.
