I just replaced a leaking fuel injector and since then I have to crank the engine hard and press the gas to to get it to start and hold it so it doesn't die. When it is idling it has a constant shake to it. Fuel economy and excelleration have also been negatively affected

Welcome to the forum. Were you having this problem before the repair? I'd probably start from scratch. How long since a tune-up? If your fully obd 1 compliant check for any possible codes. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Is there an injector pulse?

I had no issues with the car at all except my leaking injector. I'm not sure what an injector pulse is but it does shake when it never used to. Could something have gone wrong replacing my injector? I'm getting 150km LESS per tank which is killing me

I'd check for voltage and ground at the injector. Use a noid lite.
