1992 Pontiac Sunbird radiator fan

Ok, here's the deal. My sunbird has started to overheat a lot so I checked it out and my fan won't come on at all. I just wanted to see if it was a simple fix before o start tearing stuff out from underneath the hood. It's pretty crowded under there. I would appreciate some help of possible. Thanks.

Check fuse and cooling fan relay(s) first. If OK, supply 12v direct power to the fan, if it comes on suspect faulty engine coolant temp. Sensor, if doesn't come on replace fan.
