1991 Pontiac Sunbird looking for improvement

I know my particular engine has issues with cracking heads what can I do to improve the engine so it woulnt crak any heads

The only recommendation that I can give you is to make sure it doesn't overheat. Keep the coolant clean and full and replace the thermostat if you think it is starting to go bad.
